The vacation rental
Quiet building with 20 completly luxury renovated apartments for 1-3 pers. On 4 floors, about 300 mtrs. from beach of Playa del Ingles.
The apartments dispose of individual air conditioning. Livingroom with big-screen TV (via satelite), telephone, kitchenette (with electric kitchen-range, coffeemachine, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, microwave etc), big terrace or balcony with 2 deck-chairs including mattresses, chairs and table. Separate bedroom with TV, wardropes and safe (on hire). Fully equiped bathroom. Cleaning (5 times a week) and laundry service (3 times a week).

The surrounding area
Next to the commercial centre la Sandia in a very quiet surrounding and only some minutes walking from Yumbo and Cita. Just about 300 mtrs. away from the main beach of Playa del Inglés, the dunes of Maspalomas at about 400 mtrs. |

Heated swimmingpool, tended gardens and sunbath area surround the pool. Sunshades and deckchairs with mattresses.
Daily distribution of bread free of charge. Reception with internet-corner (free), Wi-Fi, washing-area were you can rent a washing machine. |
