In this very quieted situated apartmentbuilding Solymar, we have private apartments all with balcony and view over pool. Long term rent only, your perfect winter residence. Full equipped kitchen with
coffee/tea maker, toaster, fridge and electrical cooking
plates. Living room with a three-seater sofa (also bed
for 3th person), satellite-TV and balcony. A bathroom
with bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom with 2 beds,
wardrobe and safe.

The surrounding area
Our apartments are situated in a
centrally but quiet located complex, on the southern end of the Avenida de Tirajana, the apartment house is just a 15 minute stroll along the beautyfull promenade to the beach. The famous Maspalomas sand dunes, an overwhelming sight, are just across the apartment building. One of the town's major shopping centres, the Cita, is one block away. Leisure and shopping centre Yumbo at 10 minutes walk. Restaurants in the town offer cuisine from practically every nation you can name such as German, Spanish, Chinese, Italian and Japanese.
There is a supermarket just around the corner and the apartmentcomplex next to Solymar offers the possibilty of a breakfast buffet every morning. |

children’s pool, sun terrace, sun beds, hairdresser, rent-a-car,
pool-bar and restaurant. We offer taxi transfer from and to airport, please ask for our best rate. Our real estate office CanaryRent is in the same building of Solymar.
